Unlike traditional IT outsourcing companies, our fully transparent model enables companies to scale quicker, while mitigating risk and reducing costs. We strongly believe that traditional outsourcing is obsolete, and the key to long-term success is co-sourcing, not outsourcing.
We are currently hiring a Front-end Developer for our USA-based partner. As a leader in their field, they pride themselves on delivering the best customer experience for their clients. They redefine the e-commerce experience in the automotive industry. The platform which our partner is building since 2021 is leveraging high-tech technologies such as React, Java, Spring, PostgreSQL and Azure Kubernetes Service.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
- Maintain code integrity and organisation
- Understand and implement security and data protection across the stack
- Perform testing and debugging of applications
- Develop and update technical documentation
What we’ll expect from you
- 3+ years of front-end development experience, as well as experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and NextJS
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with component unit testing
- Experience with writing end-to-end tests with tools such as Cypress or Playwright
- Familiarity with system design and how the partner’s application fits into it
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Demonstrated understanding of projects from both client and business perspectives
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
It would be beneficial if you have: - Еxperience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of tools such as Git
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
